Before starting the rotogravure cylinder engraving process, we carry out important checks to ensure high-quality and consistent results:

  1. The base shell quality is carefully inspected for any surface or material issues.
  2. Outer Diameter (OD), Inner Diameter (ID), cylinder dimensions, key position are verified as per the customer’s machine requirements.
  3. Balancing of the base shell is checked to ensure smooth and stable performance during printing.
